Scott Caufield manages the Midwest region at TripAdvisor where he helps Destinations and non-profit attractions gain exposure to the site’s 350 million monthly travelers. Over 15 years of digital advertising experience has enabled Scott to work with hundreds of organizations in the travel sector to help them navigate the ever-evolving world of online marketing. Scott is a member of several professional travel associations, and speaks to groups across the Central US on how to get the most out of TripAdvisor. An avid traveler, Scott has lived in and explored much of the Central US and enjoys sharing his experiences with travelers on TripAdvisor. Scott is based in the Dallas metroplex where he lives with his wife, Laura, and their two children.

Adrian Tonon, is a dynamic entrepreneur and humanitarian, with skills in leadership, management, organization, finance, public policy, and detailed customer service.
Born in Michigan, Tonon grew up in the restaurant business starting with his family’s restaurant, Rina’s of Detroit on Detroit’s west side. Adrian then joined his mother at Café Cortina. Tonon attended Detroit Country Day School and obtained a BA degree in Hospitality Business at MSU. In addition to his entrepreneurial responsibilities he continues his work in the Detroit community. After serving on the then Detroit Mayoral Candidate, Michael A. Duggan’s Executive Campaign Team, Adrian currently works in the Duggan Administration as the City of Detroit’s first, Director of Customer Service.
