Lauren Sanders is a local Detroiter who moved through the ranks at WDIV Local 4 News as a writer and morning anchor. She’s appeared in hundreds of corporate communications and training films, hosted dozens of live simulcasts and puts guests at ease with her relatable interviews and engaging style.
Currently, Lauren is devoted to the Elevate Project, a boutique marketing and branding firm where she and her team create marketing and branding strategies, write scripts and direct video productions for corporations and individuals.
She’s the proud mother of three boys.

The mission of the U.S. Travel Association is to increase travel in the United States. Dow and his team regularly meet with governmental leaders to advance policies that benefit the travel industry. He recently launched The Dow Report, a video interview series with prominent CEOs from across all segments of the industry about their leadership and insights.
Prior to joining U.S. Travel in 2005, Dow spent 34 years at Marriott International and served in the United States Army with the 101st Airborne Division in Vietnam.

Originally from Ghana, he has extensive experience in leading complex development projects in metropolitan areas, spending many years working in the public sector in California in a number of roles. He also spent seven years as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of the Cleveland Browns, making him the first African American to hold such a title within the NFL.
